In Ukraine, it is planned to simplify the change of land purpose

The Agrarian Committee of the Verkhovna Rada approved the second reading of draft law No. 9627, which simplifies the change of purpose of land plots from agricultural to industrial. AgroPolit.com writes about it.

The draft law will reduce the time required to change the purpose of land plots for the construction of energy and industrial facilities, in particular factories, to 1.5 months, instead of the current 1-3 years.

As the author of the document, People's Deputy Dmytro Kisylevsky, emphasized, such a decision will become especially relevant in the period of post-war reconstruction of the country. He added that the Ukrainian side will be able to offer investors a quick and convenient procedure for allocating land plots for energy and industry facilities.

"Ukraine has become one step closer to abolishing corruption schemes by changing the purpose of the land. The Agrarian Committee of the Verkhovna Rada supported draft law No. 9627 for consideration in the second reading. It provides for a radical simplification of the procedure for changing the intended use of land from agricultural to industrial. This simplification will make it possible to eliminate the multibillion-dollar corruption market for officials, who for generations have been making money on the "acceleration" of permits," said Dmytro Kysilevskyi.
